I have been pleasantly surprised by Alpha Hospitality Australia’s approach to my facility at Fermont Lodge. Alpha is a company that is dedicated to the support of health care workers. In their partnership with Lobster Cave, they have created a token of their appreciation. Vouchers were made available for a free of charge Lobster Cave take away meal.

The spray fogging service of hospital-grade disinfectant in all the resident’s bedrooms, bathrooms, common lounge room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and office created a barrier and protection against SUPERBUGS for up to 72 hours.  Alpha also supplied a 20-litre drum of disinfectant for ongoing maintenance and sanitization.

Our residents and staff now feel safer and more assured, during these worrying times of COVID 19.

I found Alpha’s service crew to be very professional, reliable, well organized, and courteous to our staff and residents.

Alpha acted quickly, with a full system inspection and air flow testing.

They also located the ducting in the ceiling, and noted it is non-compliant and a high fire risk.  As it was inaccessible; it had not been cleaned by our previous provider since installation. It was also contributing to the food smell throughout the building.

They provided a Quote for rectification (fan and Duct replacement, manhole and access panel installation, and Canopy rectification).

Alpha Hospitality’s service is excellent, and the personnel we work with are great. No request is out of the question and usually can be accommodated within the current budget and in a reasonable time frame. Very responsive team and easy company to work with.  I enjoy our partnership.[/mvc_infobox][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][mvc_infobox info_style=”mega_info_box_2″ title_color=”#000000″ image_size=”150″ info_title=”Colonial Farm – Mick Daly” title_size=”18″]We called Alpha Hospitality ( Aust ) Pty Ltd to scope and quote for an Exhaust System Service, when our current provider advised they could not fit in to our tight schedule.Alpha responded promptly and professionally and presented their quotation in a very timely manner.

The work was booked in and done very professionally, with timely consultation with our Maintenance Manager. Alpha’s Service Technician provided excellent advice on how to prevent oil leaks in the roof space and on the roof. They cleaned up all oil stains and made some innovative adjustments to prevent future oil leaks. To our surprise, the oil leaks have been eliminated. This has reduced our costs, due to less labour required to clean up oil stains.

The Service Technician also saved Colonial Farm money on labour costs, by replacing spiral ducting, rather than spending hours cleaning the ducting. I am convinced that investing in a formal inspection, (with a small fee), results in both parties being educated and totally up to speed on Compliance.  They covered Electrical, Safety, Air Flow and Cleaning with a detailed report.

The service provided to our multiple venues has been excellent, and feeling so confident that all compliance standards are not only met, but exceeded, ensures peace of mind in what can certainly be a high stress industry!  The additional services offered by Alpha, in relation to electrical, safety, and air flow reports has been very useful and beneficial from both an operational and financial perspective.

We are a high volume fast food outlet and our cooking systems require regular and total cleaning and maintenance. Alpha is responsible for the “Compliance Cleaning” of our kitchen canopies, exhaust ducting and roof top mounted exhaust fans.

The scheduling staff are friendly, the supervisors incredibly efficient and overall, Alpha takes the responsibility of our kitchen’ compliance very seriously indeed. The result is I’m totally confident I am compliant and can access a full audit trail from Alpha to prove it to anyone who may ask.
